Is Zeek Rewards Scam? Who are they and What are they selling?

Zeek Rewards is actually the network marketing arm of Zeekler, a company which markets online shopping service that allows customers to get 60-99% discount of the retail price. Both Zeek Rewards and Zeekler are owned by a 14-year-old company called Rex Venture Group LLC. Rex Venture Group’s corporate office is located in Lexington, North Carolina. Zeek has been able to create a Retail Profit Pool and shares 50% of the company’s profits with their affiliates. The company allows you to make money by selling retail bids or by recruiting more affiliates into the company so that you can earn VIP cash awards. If you seriously want to join, I encourage you to take some time to conduct due diligence before joining so you know exactly what you are dealing with.

Is Zeek Rewards Scam? How to make money with Zeek Rewards?

As far as the Zeek Rewards compensation plan goes, the company uses a 2X5 Forced Matrix. With a matrix, you can get people placed underneath you from your upline. he company also pays out on compressed levels which means that they don’t count inactive members in your matrix. This allows the company to minimize breakage and pay their affiliates accordingly. The company also allows top affiliates to participate in a Profit Sharing Pool. Overall, the compensation plan looks fair and can even be quite rewarding for the right person.

Is Zeek Rewards Scam or Is Zeek Rewards a Good Opportunity?

In conclusion, Zeek Rewards seems like a great business opportunity. Their parent company has been around for a long time (which is always a good sign) and they have a fair compensation plan. However, these two factors are not enough for you to succeed. At the end of the day, your success depends on your capability to market. My suggestion is to use the attraction marketing system that effectively brand yourself and generate leads. If you can do that successfully, and incorporate proven offline methods, you can very well be on your way to building a prosperous Zeek Rewards business.

Zeek left a rather sour taste in my mouth because of the promoters, but looking at it fully, the opportunity seems solid.

Though I thought it was odd that you can get paid (profit sharing) without making any sales. Perhaps I misunderstood it.

Thanks for the review Amos!

The SEC and the NC AG will have to prove that Zeek was a Ponzi scheme before they can confiscate the cash. I think they may fail to do so. The charge is that Zeek would be unable to continue making payouts without new investor money. However, let’s look at that:
Participants recieve moiney in two ways: (1) By commission on recruiting new members. Thet get 10% of what the new members put in. But this is safe; no new members, no payout owed. (2) A share of the profits on the auction business. This cannot be desribed as a Ponzi scheme. The method of getting revenue through auctions is real and stable. If there were no bids, there would be no revenue and no distributions would be owed to participants. So I hope Zeek has some good lawyers as I think the charges could prove to be false.
Wouldn’t this be typical of SEC incompetence! They fail to detect Madoff’s massive Ponzi scheme, and instead shut down a business that may prove to be legitimate and viable!
